Client Content & CMS Submission Policy
This policy describes how Brimky handles content Client submits through the CMS. It is part of your Terms of Service with Custom Software Solutions LLC.
1. Submissions, not approvals
Clients may submit website changes through the CMS. Submitted changes may be processed automatically, screened, delayed, rejected, held for review, edited by Client request, or removed. Publication of a submission does not constitute approval of its legality, accuracy, or compliance.
2. What screening covers
We may use automated tools, AI-assisted tools, and manual processes to screen submitted changes for security, abuse, spam, malware, hosting-provider, platform-policy, operational, or legal-risk indicators.
Submissions may be flagged or held when they include:
- Suspicious scripts or embedded code
- External links to high-risk domains
- Forms collecting sensitive data
- Medical, financial, or legal claims
- Testimonials, reviews, or before/after photos
- Copyrighted-looking media
- Adult, gambling, crypto, or supplement content
- Malware or phishing indicators
- Misleading or deceptive claims
- Trademark concerns
- High-risk regulated claims
3. What screening does not cover
Screening or publication does not mean we have reviewed the content for legal accuracy, advertising compliance, professional compliance, copyright clearance, trademark clearance, accessibility compliance, privacy compliance, regulatory compliance, or tax treatment. Client is solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.
4. Restricted data — do not submit
Client must not submit any of the following through the CMS, forms, or hosted pages unless Brimky has expressly agreed in writing that the Services support that data type:
- Payment card data (use Stripe or your processor)
- Social Security numbers / government identification numbers
- Health information (HIPAA-protected data)
- Children’s personal information (COPPA-covered data)
- Precise geolocation data
- Biometric data
- Financial-account credentials
- Passwords or credentials for systems outside the Services
5. Logs and records
We may retain records of submitted changes, screening results, timestamps, user activity, publication history, and moderation / enforcement actions for security, compliance, support, and dispute-resolution purposes.
6. Notification of action
Where we restrict, hold, edit, or remove Client content, we aim to notify Client through the dashboard or by email and explain the reason. We may delay or omit notice where we believe immediate action is necessary for security, abuse, legal, or upstream-provider reasons.
7. Reporting illegal content
To report illegal content on a Brimky-hosted site, email [email protected]. For copyright complaints specifically, use our DMCA Policy.
