Report abuse

Use this form to report abuse, spam, phishing, malware, scams, impersonation, or illegal content on a Brimky-hosted site. We aim to acknowledge reports within one business day and take action where appropriate under our Acceptable Use Policy.

For copyright complaints

Copyright takedown notices have specific legal requirements and go through a separate process. See the DMCA / Copyright Policy.

For everything else, file a report

Or email [email protected] directly. Include the URL of the offending page, what the abuse is, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, link to the spam message, etc.).

What happens after you report

1. We acknowledge receipt by email (usually within one business day).
2. We review the report against our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
3. Where appropriate we may restrict, suspend, or remove the content or site. Where immediate action is needed (active phishing, malware, ongoing security risk) we may act without notice to the affected client.
4. We notify the affected client through their dashboard or by email, unless doing so would defeat the purpose of the action.
5. We tell you the outcome of your report. We won’t share the client’s private details with you.

Reports we cannot act on

• Complaints about a business’s prices, refunds, customer service, or commercial conduct — take those up with the business directly.
• Subjective disagreements with content that doesn’t violate our policies or law.
• Anonymous reports without enough detail to verify or act.
